Google Play Store Redesign Now Rolling Out to All on Android Chrome OS

Tech company Google on Thursday introduced a redesigned version of the Google Play Store. The company says that the latest version of has been released only for some users of Android and Chrome OS, but will soon be rolled out for all users. Material design has been used in it, which will see many changes. Apart from this, the new interface is cleaner and its app locating ability is better than before.

Google Play Store design lead Boris Valusak said in his blog post that the new version of Google Play Store based on Material Design Language will see many user-facing updates. Its interface is already clean and premium in terms of looks, as well as its ability to find apps.

The company says that in the new version, a new navigation bar will be seen in the bottom of the smartphone. Apart from this, new navigation will be seen in the tablet and Chrome OS, through which one can easily switch to the categories of games, apps, movies and books. The option of the movie will be found in its slide manu. Apart from this, there will be separate space for games and apps on Google Play Store, through which Android and Chrome OS users can easily use them.

Apart from this, many information will be found in the listing page of Google Play Store which will include app rating, download size, number of installs. Its icons will appear in the round rectangle shape. The new version will be released to all users in a few days. There is currently no change in its web version.
